Loving father of Suzanne Roche and her husband Gerry of Bancroft, Lise Kean and her husband Sheldon of Oshawa and Todd Tremblay and his wife Pam of Chalk River. Cherished grandfather of Cailean, Matthew, Kaitlyn and Sage. Dear brother of Thérèse (the late Jean-Marie) and sister Jeanette (Jeannot) both of Jonquière Quebec, Jacqueline (the late Yvan) and Jean (Lucie) both of Quebec City. Respecting Paul’s request cremation has taken place. Friends may share memories of Paul when visiting at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Chalk River on Monday, February 4 from 9:30 to 10:50 am. A Memorial Mass will then be celebrated at 11:00 am in St. Anthony Catholic Church, Chalk River. Reception to follow. Interment of cremated remains will be in St. Anthony Parish Cemetery (in the spring). In memoriam donations to the Yamasa Mission (cheques payable to: Our Lady Of Good Counsel Catholic Church, c/o Yamasa Mission) would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Valley Funeral Home, Deep River. Paul lived his faith through action; a deeply spiritual, generous and loving man with a kind heart who gave so much of himself to help others, modelling love, forgiveness and compassion. He was well known for his mission work in Africa, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador and at home. He had a work ethic beyond words and has made his mark all around the world. Paul truly was "one of a kind".
