Violet Ettie Woito

Suddenly, on Saturday September 30, 2017. Violet Woito (nee: Dodge) at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Woito. Loving mother of Barry Woito and his wife Sharon of Deep River, Doug Woito and his wife Janice of Port Elgin, David Woito of Toronto and the late Daniel Woito. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Erin, Brendon and Jordan Woito. Also survived by her sister Carmel Desjardins of Beachburg. Predeceased by her 4 brothers John, Murray, Archie and Gabriel Dodge and 3 sisters Edith Dodge, Jamesine Wilson and Ruby Bernier. As per Violet's request there will be no visitation. A Private Family Interment Service was conducted in the Deep River Community Cemetery. In memoriam donations to the North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre, Deep River-Flex Program would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.

I had the pleasure to knowing Vi, when I worked at NRLTC.
She was such a kind, loving lady, we had many of great chats and laughs.
I have thought of her often since we got posted.
I hope you find comfort in the days ahead.
she Was a very special lady who talked highly of her family.

I am saddened to learn of aunt violets passing. My deepest sympathy goes to the family. Aunt violet was a wonderful, colorful and caring person, will miss her.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Aunt Vi
Although I had lost touch with her I remember her as a vibrant
loving woman, so full of life. My brothers (Bob and Tony)and I offer deep felt condolences
to the Woito family for the loss of this wonderful woman.

Dear David, Barrie, Doug and family,
My deepest sympathy to you all with the passing of your Mom, Grandmother. I hope that all your wonderful memories that she has left each of you will always keep her close to you now and always. Sorry that this is delayed but I just learned of Aunt Vi’s passing.
