Alcide Joseph Gendron

It is with great sadness the family of Alcide Joseph Gendron announces his passing on August 22, at Marianhill at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Ida Gendron (nee Turcotte). Loving father of Larry (Donna), Madeleine (Robert), Jean-Paul (Anita), Rickey (Sue), Lynn (Gary), Connie (Steven) and Lyle (Denise). Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Collette Tremblay (Nel).  Predeceased by three brothers, Rheaume, Oscar and Marcel and a sister Enid Lafromboise.   Respecting Alcide’s wishes, cremation will take place.  A mass in the presence of ashes will be celebrated in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Chalk River on October 03, at 11:00 a.m.  Those wishing to make a charitable donation, please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society or the North Renfrew Long Term Care.
