Charles Langlais

At the Deep River and District Hospital on October 12, 2025. Charles Langlais at the age of 89 years. 

Graduate of Laval University EE, U of Ottawa MEngM. Air force veteran and 25 years AECL.

Beloved husband of Lucie Langlais (née Couture) for 65 years. Loving father of Louise Langlais and her husband John Einstein of Kingston,Ontario, Denis and his wife Nicole of Beaverton, Oregon, and Michel and his wife Una Pretty of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Emilia and John Robert Burgess, Sidney (Jenine) and Jason (Julie) Saville, Siobhan, Daniel and Melody Pretty and Charlie Langlais, and great-grandchildren Cami, Sagan, Nora (in thoughts John, Myles). Predeceased by a brother Jean-Nicolas Langlais and also survived by a sister-in-law Lucie Raymond of  St. Philippe de Néri, Kamouraska, Quebec. Mass in the presence of ashes will be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Deep River on Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 am. Internment will be in the Deep River Community Cemetery. 

In memory of Charles donations to the Deep River and District Hospital would be gratefully appreciated or to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
