Eric Ronald Samms

Suddenly on Monday, April 14, 2025. Eric Samms of Deep River at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of Joanne Samms (nee Doyle). Loving father of Adam Samms (Chanel Opala) of New Tecumseth, Ronald Samms (Sne Miletic) of Ottawa, Angelina Samms (Greg Langdon) of Edmonton and Jonathan Samms (Mary Nicolle) of Edmonton. Papa to Elena Hodder-Samms (Quinn Talbot); Cherished grandfather of Amiyah, Aria, Carter, Sarah, Sabian, Arietta, Gabriel, Michael and Avery. Dear brother of Hector Samms and his wife Annette of Angus, Randy Samms and his wife Cindy of Sarnia and the late Dennis Samms. Survived by many, many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Respecting Eric’s wishes cremation will take place. A Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 2-6 pm at Mason Credit Lodge #219, 12 Lindsay Court, Georgetown, ON , L7G 4S4 (Trafalgar Road South and Highway 7). In memory of Eric, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
