At the Deep River and District Hospital on Monday July 27, 2020. Eugene Chaput of Chalk River at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband of Marlyn Chaput (nee: Miller). Loving father of Colette Giroux and her husband Paul of Chalk River and Andre Chaput of Deep River. Cherished grandfather of Phillipe Giroux and his wife Christine and Seth and Caila Chaput, and 3 great-grandchildren Emelia, Olivia and Liam. Predeceased by his brother Aurel Chaput, and survived by his sister-in-law Marie Chaput of Pembroke. Interment of cremated remains will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Chalk River on Monday August 3 at 11:00 a.m. In memoriam donations to the Deep River and District Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
