At the Deep River and District Hospital on Saturday, April 25, 2020. Prime Gauvin age 78 years. Beloved husband of Naida Gauvin (nee: Boucher). Loving father of Kelly and his wife Carin of Ottawa, Keene of Oshawa, Alain and his wife Geneva of Stittsville, Dean of Rapides des Joachims, and Kyle (the late Patti) of Munster Hamlet. Cherished grandfather of Keana Gauvin and Julia Kellow. Dear brother of Antoine of Vancouver, Monique and her husband John and Rosaire and his wife Silvie of Aylmer. Predeceased by 5 brothers Champ and his wife Pat (and by 1st marriage the late Kate) of Montreal, Oliver (the late Lucy) of Nova Scotia,  Wilbrode and his wife Diane of Levack, Ontario, Abraham and his wife Diane of Vancouver, and Yvon (the late Diane). Respecting Prime’s request cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. In memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Deep river and district Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
