At the North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre, Deep River on Sunday, February 16, 2020. James Irvine at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Joyce Irvine (nee: Cummings). Loving father of David Irvine and his wife Barbara of Georgetown and Laura Mayo of Deep River. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan and Zachary Irvine and Joshua and Richard Mayo. Also survived by a brother Leslie Irvine and his wife Judy of Malton. Predeceased by a sister Rita Taylor and her late husband Tom. Respecting Jim’s request cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held (at a later date). In memoriam donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or an Animal Protection Charity of your choosing would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River. The family extends their appreciation to the staff at North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre for the care and friendship shown to Jim and Joyce in the past 2 years.
