At Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Mary Joan Walsh, at the age of 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Desmond Walsh. Loving mother of Maureen (Dave) Johnson, Greg (Gini), Jim (Lisa), Karen (Phil) Hall, Pat (Chris), Joe (Sandra), John (Tammy), and Mary (John) McCallan. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Dear sister of Patrick (Anne) Tobin, and predeceased by her sisters Maureen (Gerry) Watters and Marjorie Tobin. Dear sister-in-law to Mary (George) McKeiver. Predeceased by a brother in-law Hugh Walsh. Friends may call at the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River, on Monday, April 27 from 2–4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Deep River, on Tuesday, April 28 at 11:00 a.m. Followed by cremation.
