JOSEPH BRENT BALL

May 11, 1958 – April 4, 2020

In loving memory of a great husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, and friend. On April 4, 2020, Joe passed away in his 61st year peacefully in his home with family by his side.

Joe was born on May 11, 1958 in Deep River, Ontario to the late Allan and Frances Ball. Beloved husband, survived by his wife Cindy Ball. He was a wonderful father to his three children Michele Ball (James McMahon), Stephanie (Robert) Nicolson, and Allan Ball, and cherished grandpa to Ryland and Claire. He was a loving brother to his siblings Judy (Das) Scott and Eric (Sharon) Ball of Barrie, Susan (Tony) Van Kessel of Huntsville, David (Helen) Ball of Deep River, and the late Robert (Lori) Ball of Deep River. 

He was an active and devoted member of Alcoholics Anonymous, where he impacted many lives throughout his years in the program. He will be greatly missed among the community and remembered for his hope, faith, and courage.

Joe's wishes are to be cremated and his ashes be split among his three children. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances at this time, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of gifts, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Canadian Diabetes Association at the wishes of his family.
