Leonard George Leclerc
At the Deep River and District Hospital on Friday August 12, 2022. Leonard Leclerc of Rapides des Joachims, Quebec at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Dianne Leclerc (nee Madore). Loving father of Floyd and his wife Tracie of Prince George, B.C., Lorin of Grand Isle, B.C., Jason and Ian Leclerc both of Rapides des Joachims, Quebec. Cherished grandfather of Jenna, Kelly and Stacia Leclerc and 3 great-grandchildren Jace, Brady and Addison. Dear brother of Garry and his wife Karen of Mackey, Noel and his wife Gail of Rapides des Joachims, Brian and his wife Gladys of Castleton and predeceased by a sister Melinda Caouette and her late husband Butch. Also survived by a sister-in-law Darlene Wilson (Joe) of Deep River and 2 brothers-in-law Glen Madore (Debra) of Kamloops, B.C., and Bert Madore of Bowmanville and many nieces and nephews. Respecting Leonard’s request cremation will take place. A Mass in the presence of ashes will be celebrated in Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Deep River on Monday, August 22 at 11:00 a.m. Interment of cremated remains will be in St. Anne’s Parish Cemetery, Rapides des Joachims. In memoriam donations to the Deep River and District Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
