At her residence, Deep River on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Lesley Howie age 75 years. Beloved wife of Gordon Brown. Loving mother to Heather Cartwright and her husband Fabian Rucker of Hamburg, Germany, Elliot Cartwright and his wife Naz and Gregory Cartwright and his wife Lyndsay both of Hamilton.  Cherished grandmother of Wahab, Sebastian, Oscar, Max, Matthew, Aydin and Ethan. Also survived by her brother Gordon Howie and his partner Barbara Shaw of Deep River, sister in law Jeanie Vanderzon and her husband Gerrard Vanderzon of Ottawa. Respecting Lesley’s wishes, cremation will take place. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
