Pauline Elizabeth Ann Godreau

At the Deep River and District Hospital on Friday, April 21, 2023. Pauline Godreau (nee Raymond) of Rolphton at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Onil Godreau. Loving mother of Paul Godreau and his wife Carol-Lynn and Margaret Kelly and her husband Paul both of Chalk River, Neil Godreau and his wife Anne of Rolphton and Wayne Godreau (Lora-Lee) of Barrie and predeceased by an infant son David. Also remembered by a nephew Noel Godreau. Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary Daly and her late husband John of Pembroke, Donnie Raymond (Deb) of South Porcupine, Myrna Mercier (Tony) of Elliot Lake. Predeceased by 3 brothers Leslie, Frank and Jack Raymond and a sister Laurie Mainville. Respecting Pauline’s wishes cremation will take place. A Mass in the presence of ashes will be celebrated in Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Deep River on Monday, May 1 at 11:00 am. Interment of cremated remains will be in St. Anne’s Parish Cemetery, Rapides des Joachims, Quebec (Swisha). In memory of Pauline donations to the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
