Peacefully, with his family on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. Bob McLaughlin in his 65th year. Loving son of Mary Primeau of Chalk River and her late husband Walter McLaughlin, and step-son of the late Cecil Primeau. Dear brother of Sharon McLaughlin of Chalk River, Steven McLaughlin and his wife Louise of Canmore, Alberta and Karen Bramburger and her husband Barclay of Pembroke. Predeceased by his brother Barry McLaughlin. Loving uncle of Leanne, Steven, Terrilyn and Brandon McLaughlin, Jason (Samantha) and Erin Woito and Blake Bramburger and great uncle to Heidi McLaughlin and Addisyn and Leigha Woito. Dear friend of Rosie Perry of Pembroke and special nephew of John Lague of Morrisburg. Also will be missed by several cousins. Respecting Bob’s wishes cremation will take place. A Mass in the presence of Ashes will be held in Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Deep River on Friday, November 3 at 11:00 am. In memory of Bob donations to the Carefor Pembroke Civic Complex, 425 Cecelia Street, Pembroke, K8A 1S7 would be greatly appreciated. Bob’s family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Tom Greenfield, nurses and doctors in Deep River, Pembroke and Ottawa Hospitals.
