Robert Almore Gray
Bob sat in his comfy chair having an afternoon nap and quietly left us. He gave us years of love, valuable guidance, and happy memories. Bob spent 26 years in the RCAF, then five years at QETE in Hull working in the standards lab, his dream job. Next on his dream list was to have a farm, he built the farm from ground up, then raised Black Angus cattle for 10 years. In 2000 time for one more dream, retirement in Deep River. He brought me home to where we were married in December 1959. Our three boys were all close so we could spend time with them and our grandchildren. He enjoyed our family journey together and loved us very much! We loved him with all our hearts and will miss him terribly. Together we will keep our family and memories alive.
Loving husband of Anita Gray (nee Valyear)
Our family: Steven (Heather), Eric (Johanne), Gerald (Bianca)
Five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren
Respecting Bob's wishes, cremation has taken place. An Interment service will be held in the Deep River Community Cemetery at a later date. In memory of Bob, donations to the Deep River and District Hospital (Closer To Home Project) would be greatly appreciated.
