At the Deep River and District Hospital on Thursday, May 23, 2019. Ruth Jarvis (nee: Wilson) at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Roger Jarvis. Loving mother of Alan Jarvis of Sheffield, U.K. and Hugh Jarvis and his wife Kellyne Brown of Buffalo, New York. Dear aunt of George Elliott and his wife Noriko Yui, Bruce Elliott and his wife Janet and Martin Elliott and his wife Lynn Fels. Predeceased by her sister Margaret Elliott. Respecting Ruth’s request cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to share memories with Ruth’s family at her residence, 38 Parkdale Avenue on Wednesday May 29th from 6-9 p.m. Light refreshments and wine will be served to accompany a celebration of Ruth's weaving. In memoriam donations to the North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre, Deep River would be gratefully appreciated.
