Peacefully, surrounded by family on Sunday, November 20, 2022. Shawn Madore of Deep River at the age of 60 years. Beloved husband of Janet (nee: Tennant). Loving father of Travis Madore (Kelsea) and Katie Madore. Loving Gramp to Ryan and Wylie Madore. Son of Helvi (nee: Niemi) and the late Frank Madore of Deep River. Dear brother of Salli Madore of Jasper, Alberta. Also survived by his 2 brothers-in-law Kevin Tennant (Muriel) of Chalk River and Randy Tennant (Mary Ann) of Waterdown. Respecting Shawn’s request cremation will take place. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a lunch and social time from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Deep River, Branch #436. In memoriam donations to Homewood Health in Guelph, Ontario would be gratefully appreciated.
