Stuart (Sam) Allan McCarthy
At the Deep River and District Hospital on Friday, April 7, 2023. Sam McCarthy of Deep River at the age of 62 years. Loving father of Jackie McCarthy (Mike Cadieux) of Deep River. Dear son of Helen McCarthy (nee McDonald) and the late Allan McCarthy of Deep River. Also survived by his brother Brian McCarthy and his wife Brenda of Edmonton, a nephew Scott McCarthy and his wife Breanne and a niece Kim Humphries and her husband Kevin. Respecting Sam’s wishes cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #436, Deep River on Friday, April 28 at 1:00 pm, followed by a social gathering from 2-5 pm. In memory of Sam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
