At the Bruyere Hospital, Ottawa on Thursday, June 11, 2020. Suzanne Sawchuk (nee: Danis) formerly of Deep River and long time teacher at Mackenzie High School at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Edward Sawchuk. Dear sister of Grant Danis (the late Marguerite Nesseth) of Ottawa, Marie Wright of Toronto and Nancy (Florence) Grant Danis of Victoria, B.C. Predeceased by 2 brothers Daniel and Roger Danis and a sister Mary Elizabeth (Julie) Danis. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Respecting Suzanne’s request cremation has taken place. A private family interment service will be held at the Deep River Community Cemetery. In memoriam donations to the Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
