At his residence on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Tom McCarthy of Chalk River at the age of 67 years. Beloved son of the late Wilton and Fay McCarthy (nee Morin). Dear brother of Danny McCarthy and his wife Brenda of Petawawa, Michael McCarthy and his wife Debbie of Bowmanville, Howard and Pat McCarthy both of Oshawa and Karen Spencer and her husband Jamie of Ajax. Also survived by an aunt Joan Gentili and her husband Hank of Deep River. Respecting Tom’s request cremation has taken place. A Mass in the presence of Ashes will be celebrated in St. Anthony Catholic Church, Chalk River on Tuesday, October 26 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the St. Anthony Parish Cemetery, Chalk River. In memoriam donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River.
