Sincere condolences to Mary, Brenda, Randy and all of the Blimke family. Murray was a close relative to the Family of Maurice and Elsie Blimkie of Chalk River, from it’s early days, the years in Pakistan, and the many wonderful fall days hunting with brothers Daryl and Dwayne. Prayers are with his surviving spouse Mary, and remaining family.

We're so sorry to hear of Murray's passing. I remember visiting with him and his lovely family in Chalk River in the early days and his strong friendship with our dad 'Moe'. They enjoyed many a good hunting excursion.together.and sometimes were even lucky enough to bag a deer. Our deepest condolances to Mary, his children ...especially Brenda whom I havent seen in over 45 years and the surviving Dairy family Blimkies who have suffered two huge losses this past week. Our deepest sympathy. Joe Blimkie and family.

We were all so sad to hear about Murray's passing. He was very close to our Dad Moe, who thought of him as more of a "little brother" I think, than a cousin . They (and we all) had many unforgettable experiences with him and his family in Pakistan when we were all over there through AECL in the early 70's...including surviving being bombed by Indian jet planes for two weeks before we were able to get evacuated back to Canada; and Murray playing a funny prank on us in the Zurich airport en route to Karachi in 1969..."cable for Maurice Blimkie of Canada...". He was a good man, and a good friend to my Mom and Dad. Condolences to Mary, Brenda , Randy and all of the Blimke family. Steve and Goretti Blimkie
